Total sales volume reached $81.0 million, a 10% decrease from January and 6% lower than February 2025, primarily reflecting the slight drop in the number of closed sales during the month. Homes spent a median of 37 days on the market, three days longer than January and 12 days longer than last year, indicating a slower pace compared to the more competitive conditions seen early in 2025.
Year to date, 291 homes have sold in York County in 2026, 10% fewer than at this point last year. While activity remains slightly behind last year’s pace, the market typically sees increased momentum as inventory and buyer activity build heading into the spring selling season.
