VeraniCARES hosted a Dueling Piano event on June 6th at the Tupelo Music Hall in Derry, NH. Verani agents, staff, and guests gathered to enjoy an entertainig night filled with laughter and fun. VeraniCARES hosted its second annual Comedy Night on May 23rd to raise money for Veterans Count. Verani members and their guests sold out the Blue Ocean Music Hall and were able to raise $30,000! Check out the nights highlights here:
With a passion and a dedication to their communities and surrounding areas, the entire team at Verani Realty is always quick to jump in when the town and residents are in a state of need. With the recent gas line explosion that has affected over 8,000 homes throughout the Merrimack Valley, specifically Lawrence, Andover and North Andover, it was a no-brainer that their help was needed. With North Andover being a hub for Verani Realty staff and agents, many were ready and eager to lend a helping hand. VeraniCARES, Verani Realty’s philanthropic program, set up a food and monetary collection to aid the communities in need.

9/7-9/9: Hampton Beach Seafood Festival
September brings the smell of fried dough, the sights of 4H animals, and crisp days outdoors – in other words, it’s fair season! Agricultural fairs are a long-standing tradition in New England. While you can still see cows, chickens, and ox pulls, you can also brave the carnival rides, shop local vendors, eat delicious food, and see demolition derbies. Here are some of the can’t-miss fairs in New Hampshire and Massachusetts that are coming up this fall:
‘Tis the season. No, not the holiday season. We’re quickly approaching the back to school season here in New Hampshire. With that, there will be shopping for clothes and supplies, earlier bedtimes, and earlier alarms set to get students on the bus, or in the car and off to their respective classroom.
While Verani Realty’s agents are busy helping people buy and sell their homes, they’re going to be busy packing for a move of their own as summer comes to a close. Verani’s Bedford office is moving from its current location on South River Road to One Club Acre Lane, which is across from the Manchester Country Club.
For southern New Hampshire residents who want to take a walk or a bike ride through nature, the Londonderry Rail Trail has been a welcome addition. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) is a neighbor of the rail trail, and recently held a celebration on the trail to present Londonderry Trailways, a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to improving access to recreational trails in Londonderry, with $2,500 to help expand it.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s Seacoast agents spent a night dining and dancing by the ocean at the Seacoast Science Center’s annual Sippin’ for Seals fundraiser on Thursday, June 15. The event raised a record-breaking $65,000 in support of Seacoast Science Center’s Marine Mammal Rescue Program, which staffs a rescue team hotline and responds to reports of live and deceased seals, whales, porpoises and dolphins on the shores of New Hampshire’s coastal region.
